Tammy Hawkins is an experienced information technology staffing and services industry executive. She currently is a partner and Vice President, Southern California, for Optomi. Her expertise in market development, leading sales and recruiting teams, and delivery has been leveraged in Southern California since 1999. Tammy is entrenched in the technology community and has served in numerous leadership roles within industry organizations. She has been involved with Women in Technology International (WITI) over the last six years, and was one of the founding members of WITI in Orange County, where she directs the WITI Leadership Auction. Tammy also has been deeply involved in the Southland Technology Conference (SoTeC), for the past five years, with the last three serving as the Alliance Partner Chair.
