FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…OCT. 17, 2016…COSTA MESA, CALIF….5 Saturdays, an education program focused on teaching students technology, business, and job readiness skills, as well as Agile and Scrum principles, today announced that Keith Montgomery has joined its Leadership Council.

Montgomery, a principal consultant at CyberOi, has extensive experience helping businesses solve problems, transform project management practices, and build high-performing teams using Agile and Lean principles. Keith has planned and executed several strategic business transformations, company turnarounds, division reorganizations, business operations, and performance improvements globally, with clients including McGraw-Hill Companies, Avery Dennison Corporation, and Robert Half International.

Keith also passionately supports the evolution of an inclusive educational system that brings people together to solve the world’s greatest problems and maladies. He has served as a certified Agile facilitator and leader for 5 Saturdays since July 2015. As part of the Leadership Council, he will help the organization as it expands its course offerings to high school and college students.

“After serving as a facilitator over the past two years, I have seen first-hand the impact of the 5 Saturdays’ workshops on students,” Montgomery said. “I am excited to share my Agile and Lean expertise with the Leadership Council as we expand our influence to college students and beyond. My goal is to set students on a successful pathway using the academic, personal, and leadership skills needed to achieve great things.”
